SMSscheduler 2 : Instructions
SMSscheduler2 is back with an update. People where bored with rescheduling it every time for a 'Good Morning' message. So now, the app reschedules such messages. I'll keep it up-to-date with bug fixes, new features etc., For now I'll give you the guide for the current release. Read on to know more.
File Store – Proposal
I'm planning to develop a stand-alone application that would manage the files in your PC in a single location. The objective is simple - Store all files/backups in a single location and make it retrievable much easier than before.
Avoider – Game
Was Stumbling (I use this term for Stumble Upon) today and landed in a page with flash content. This time it was a game. The title was Avoider and it instructed me to keep my mouse for as long as possible. I've already played a similiar game where 4 rectangles move in a sequence and you have to keep your mouse from being hit by any of them. But this is quite different.
Guidelines to developing Hollywood OS
Ever wondered if movies in hollywood had thumb-rules? And if such rules did exist, have you ever wondered it could be crazy? Ever looked into movies beyond the eye candy to see what they convey? Well, I never did, till I stumbled upon a page.
SMSscheduler v2 guide
Well, the first guide was ok. It is time to change. Moving on to the next version, thought it is better I put up the guide well before anyone asks me for it. There are certain changes in the interface and commands in the App. It is not complex. This time too, I tried to keep it as simple as possible(following KISS guidelines
)
SMSscheduler v1.1 guide
There seems to be a problem with the usage of SMSscheduler v1.1 . Some have asked me on 'How do I use this software?'. When I developed I took atmost care to make it user-friendly and assumed it wouldn't make me write a manual or a documentation. Anyway, let me give you all this short feature cum user manual.
SMSscheduler2 : Testers Wanted
After a remarkable success and an equivalent failure of SMSscheduler v1.1, I started redeveloping SMSscheduler. The good news was v1.1 reached more than 40000 downloads in the first month at mobile9. The bad news was and is, it is not compatible with most Nokia mobiles for reasons unknown!
Amkette Turbo USB Hub
Finally after a 4 day wait, I received my Amkette Turbo 4 port USB hub today!! The 3 USB 2.0 hubs in my notebook was insufficient for me. And recently due to heating issues, I had to prepare a make-shift riser to allow air exchange, which sadly, made me use my external keyboard. The keyboard and mouse deprived me of 2 USB ports
making me stick with one.
